Manage project plans, including project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, designers, quality assurance specialists, test engineering, and other stakeholders, to ensure successful project execution.
Monitor project progress, identify, and mitigate risks, and proactively address any issues or challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Manage project resources effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization of resources to meet project objectives.
Conduct regular status meetings with project teams and stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure alignment on project goals.
Collaborate with managers, business analysts, and other key stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure project deliverables meet the business objectives.
Implement project management best practices, methodologies, and tools to optimize project outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
Communicate project status, key milestones, and risks to senior management and other relevant stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Maintain the COAST base shipping container/location office in a neat and orderly manner.
Adhere to railyard health and safety requirements, including those requirements related to wearing PPE.
Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, promoting open communication and effective teamwork.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
